Through the A-CSM programme, you’ll learn to:
A focus on implementation - The A-CSM program is designed to build on your foundational knowledge with enhanced skills for the implementation of Scrum and Agile techniques within your company and teams.
Distinguish yourself in the global marketplace - Our Certified Scrum Trainers and Certified Enterprise Coaches have trained and coached Scrum to over 600,000 people around the globe. The new A-CSM certification provides an opportunity to take the next step and stand out among the global Scrum community.
Stand out in your industry - As a member of the Scrum Alliance globally recognized community, you show your employer (or potential employer) your potential as a highly valued professional.
The programme is provided online and includes at least four hours live interaction with me via video calls.
Pricing is SG$1,995 or US$1,495 if you prefer. We prefer payment via bank transfer but also accept alternative forms of payment. Please let us know your preference and we will send you details of how to make payment.
The programme is performed largely by self-directed learning. You use the learning objectives to decide both whether you think you meet each objective and how you will demonstrate meeting the objective. A benefit of this approach is developing the ability to assess your own competence as well as assessing others. The objectives are in the following groupings:
Wherever you need improvement, or you request help, we can work together with calls or other activities that will help you achieve the learning objectives. There are also videos and other reference materials suggested for particular learning activities. I will also have regular calls, probably bi-weekly, perhaps on a particular topic or an open clinic style.
Once you meet all learning objectives I submit your application for approval.
You will be invited to join a group forum, which will allow learning and supporting each other through the programme.
